  • Clutch assessment

    Clutch replacement is a complex repair involving several steps to replace worn components and ensure the efficient operation of the car’s transmission system.

    Before replacing the clutch, the technician will assess its condition to determine whether it is actually worn. He will inspect the clutch plates, disc, flywheel and other components to determine whether repairs or replacements are necessary.

  • Dismantling and replacing components

    This may involve dismantling the gearbox, flywheel and clutch disc. The mechanic will replace worn components with new ones (clutch plates, clutch disc, bearings, seals and other associated parts).

  • Installation and reassembly

    The technician will install the new clutch, following the manufacturer’s specifications and ensuring that all parts are correctly aligned. He will then reassemble the gearbox and other components that were removed during the disassembly process.

  • Road tests

    We carry out road tests to ensure that the new clutch works properly and that all gears can be engaged without any problems.
